Founders look at their site more than anyone else. Over time I learned which details they feel even when they cannot name them.

The short list

Consistent spacing between sections. Buttons that react when you press them. Type that does not jump on a phone. Images that load without a flash. And a contact form that confirms, clearly, that the message arrived.

None of these are hard. They just need someone who cares about the last ten percent.
